Registration Information

In advance of the conference, you need to complete the following four steps:
1. School Information Sheet, by 01/10/2010
2. Delegate Registration Fees, postmarked by 01/10/2010
3. Student Information Form, by 02/01/2010
    Will be returned after processing before 02/15/2010
4. Delegate bill submission, by 03/10/2010

School Information Sheet

Faculty Advisors, as soon as you know how many students will be coming to William & Mary Model Congress from your school, we ask you to fill out the initial School Information Sheet. The deadline to submit it is January 10, 2010.

Registration fees for all students must be submitted by January 10, 2010. The cost per delegate is $55.  For more information see Financial Information.

Student Information Form

After you receive an email confirming receipt of your school information, students should being to submit the Student Information Form.

This is the vehicle through which each delegate will tell us:
This form must be submitted by all students by February 1, 2010.

Before February 15, 2010, a WMMC staff member will return to each delegation's faculty advisor the list of all students' committee assignments. Each advisor should carefully review the list to ensure students' information is correct and disseminate the final committee assignments to the delegates.

Conference staff will do its best to ensure that each student is placed on their preferred committee, but because of demand, students are not guaranteed their top preference. We will aim to put delegates in a committee closely aligned in subject with their preferences.

Bill Submission

Delegates need to write bills to present in their committee. More information on this step will be available on the Delegates page.

In their final form, these should be submitted online by March 10, 2010 to allow staff ample time to copy them and include them in the billbook before the conference.

When each delegate is ready to submit their bill, use this form.

Financial Information

The registration fee for William & Mary Model Congress is $55 per person, including half of the weekend's meals (see the schedule) and all paper and copying costs.

Delegate fees should be sent to the conference (postmarked) by January 10, 2010.

There is no per delegation fee. Lodging is not included in the registration fee: schools will need to make their own arrangements, or may take advantage of the recommended option, as per the instructions on the lodging page.
