2010 Conference Programs

The Legislative Branch

The core of the Model Congress experience. For a weekend, live the life of a senator or representative and propose and debate potential U.S. foreign and domestic policy. Learn to compromise and legislate with your fellow peers and hosts from William & Mary.

The following committees will be offered at the March 2010 conference. Advisors will receive committee assignments based on delegates' submitted preferences shortly. Students attending the conference should contact their faculty advisor.

The Supreme Court

The Supreme Court is a special, exclusive program that requires the submission of an application. Anyone interested in the interpretation of law may to apply for this program. Students will take on the role of Supreme Court justices and debate issues of contemporary importance along with the constitutionality of bills passed by the entities above.

Each completed application should be emailed to scapp@wmmodelcongress.org. Applications must be sent by February 1, 2010.
