Registration Outline
In advance of the conference, you need to complete the following four steps:
1. Registration Information, 02/13/2012
2. Delegate Fees Submitted, 02/13/2012
3. Late Registration Period Deadline, EXTENDED UNTIL MARCH 5, 2012
4. Delegate bill submission, by 3/10/2012

Faculty Advisors, as soon as you know how many students will be coming to William & Mary Model Congress from your school, we ask you to fill out the initial School Information Sheet. The deadline to submit it is Feburary 13, 2013. The deadline for submitting this form in the late registration has been extended until March 5, 2013.

Regular Registration fees for all students must be submitted by January 13, 2012.
Fees postmarked during the late registration window (after January 13) are $70 per delegate and $30 per advisor. For more information see Financial Information.
Conference staff will do its best to ensure that each student is placed on their preferred committee, but because of demand and in order to spread out delegations, students are not guaranteed their top preference. We will aim to put delegates in a committee closely aligned in subject with their preferences, although in an effort to make committees balanced between schools, we cannot make any guarantees.
Early in February, a WMMC staff member will return to each delegation's faculty advisor the number of slots each delegation has in each committee.
All students wishing to serve on a special committee (Supreme Court and Cabinet) should fill see the 2012 Conference Programs page for more information.
Bill Submission
Delegates need to write bills to present in their committee. More information on this step will be available on the Delegates page.
In their final form, these should be submitted online by March 1, 2012 to allow staff ample time to copy them and include them in the billbook before the conference.
Financial Information
The registration fee for William & Mary Model Congress is $60 per student and $30 per adult including half of the weekend's meals (see the schedule) and all paper and copying costs.
All delegate fees should be sent as soon as possible.

There is no per delegation fee. Lodging is not included in the registration fee: schools will need to make their own arrangements, or may take advantage of the recommended option, as per the instructions on the lodging page.
