Lodging Information and Instructions
The conference does not require that students stay at any particular location overnight. For delegations within the immediate area, not staying at a hotel may be a cost effective option.
Delegations from outside the Williamsburg area have many low-cost options for lodging during the conference, but delegations are strongly encouraged to stay at the Hospitality House, as we can't guarantee transportation each day to the conference for those staying elsewhere.
Recommended Option: Williamsburg Hospitality House
The Williamsburg Hospitality House is the recommended hotel as it is adjacent to the College's campus and within a very short walk of the conference.
William and Mary Model Congress has reserved a block of rooms for conference attendees and sponsors from Thursday night until Sunday morning. You should contact the hotel directly to reserve precisely the number and type of rooms you would like for either Thursday until Sunday morning or Friday until Sunday morning.
We highly encourage you to reserve rooms as early as possible because selection will be more limited closer to the conference. Reservations for the WMMC block must be made before the block is full in order to take advantage of the $89/room rate (taxes not included).

Second Option: Days Inn Colonial Downtown
We have reserved a block of rooms at the Days Inn for conference attendees and sponsors from Thursday night until Sunday morning. You should contact the hotel directly to reserve precisely the number and type of rooms you would like for either Thursday until Sunday morning or Friday until Sunday morning.
Reservations for the WMMC block must be made before the block is full in order to take advantage of the $64/room rate (taxes not included).

Those Making Other Arrangements
Those delegations who do not wish to take advantage of the group rate are completely free to stay at wherever they please.
We are in the process of exploring more group-rate options for schools coming to the conference.
If you do not want group lodging at the recommended hotel, please simply let us know on the School Information Sheet when you submit it; however, be aware that WMMC will not be able to provide transportation to and from conference activities on William and Mary's campus.
